CherenkovGenerator refactoring v0.1

This is the Cherenkov Generator update required for release 0.1. It includes:

1. Code validation: updating and deleting outdated objects.
2. Validation of Cherenkov photon distribution: comparison with Geant4
3. Modification of parameterization
4. Speeding up execution
