Main Features
- Long-term storage of authors' publication activity results in a single archive;
- Automatic linking of downloaded publications with author profiles and departments;
- Harvesting of publication metadata and full texts (if available) from external sources;
- Search and view publications by authors (including archive), departments, keywords, etc;
- Refinement of search results by applying filters and queries;
- Localization into Russian and English;
- Correct display of Latex markup on all interface elements;
- Data visualization via Grafana;
- Expanding search capabilities by adding new filters to the Discovery functionality.
For all users within the JINR network, the following is available:
- Collections of publications and departments.
For users with SSO Login:
- Create your author profile;
- Collection of Persons - "Персоны";
- Collection of Publications added by the user - "Публикации, внесённые пользователем";
- User authorization via a single JINR account (SSO);
- Submission of publications in self-archiving mode (including importing publication’s metadata by identification numbers);
- Content moderation (сheck by the moderator of all users’ submissions);
- A set of methodological materials: instructions and guides for the user and moderator in the form of digital documents and videos;
- Feedback from users to provide useful information about the author, information about detected errors and suggestions for improving the repository.
What's new!
28 January 2025:
- Submission form (to enter publications by user) is localized in two languages (English and Russian).
- ORCID, ScopusID and ResearcherID for JINR employees also harvesting from PIN (new version).
22 January 2025:
- DOI, Authors IDs and other links to external sources now are clickable on the publication and person pages.
- Publications from eLIBRARY have an EDN identifier.
