Single Silicon and GEM digits included in the Raw Data Converter

  • Implement only one solution (from Sergey Merts and Mikhail Kapishin ones) for Silicon and GEM digits produced by the Raw Data Converter
  • Exclude saving of Raw-ROOT files because of their large sizes
