Investigate: fluka

Is it still needed? It seems like it is not used by us:

• We don't have Fluka module
• run_fluka.sh, fllibs.C were not changed since Init repo 7y ago
• flConfig.C was adjusted once since then, the changes had nothing to do with Fluka.
