NICA-Scheduler for MpdRoot

Hi, Sometimes MPD users ask me for help with using the NICA-Scheduler, but it seems that the Scheduler has been excluded from the MpdRoot compilation by the main developers, so it cannot be used now.

Are you removing NICA-Scheduler from the MpdRoot framework or interested in providing the support of the NICA-Scheduler for MPD users (and we need to include the NICA-Scheduler back)?
