test the port of Fast ClusterHitFinder to assign hits correctly in dev

It seems that fast algorithm is not giving the same hit values as the one on its author's machine (VKrylov)

EDIT 2023-06-11: The shift in "dev" gives

x value larger by 0.5 (can be safely removed, as it is half pad shift which VK's algorithm includes implicitely)
y value larger by 1.372
