Default FairSoft installation has a broken pythia8 link

Instructions in http://mpd.jinr.ru/howto-install/ should be updated
or patched scripts/package_versions.sh with
e.g. export PYTHIA8_LOCATION="https://pythia.org/download/pythia83/"
export PYTHIA8VERSION=pythia8305

It seems this is fixed in jun19_patches branch
