Acts tracker: too many fakes generated on transition to v37.0.1

NOTE: The commit from Oct 11th works if
#include "ActsExamples/EventData/ProtoVertex.hpp"

is added to MpdTpcEventData.h

This strange behavior with suddenly too many fakes happens in URQMD, but in BOX everything works as it should
