Zdc: strange classes and comment

In Zdc we have 2 headers (MpdZdcPsdDigipar.h and MpdZdcPsdGeoPar.h) which declare respective classes but don't have any implementation besides constructor setting their name and title. Do we need them? Also, in MpdZdcGeoPar.cxx is a comment pointing that functions clear, putParams and getParams can be removed. If true, it should be done.
