GDML support in TpcDetector

It seems, that we are not supporting GDML Geometry - relevant function call in TpcDetector::ConstructGeometry() is disabled (Tpc/Fair/TpcDetector.cxx). If it is so, the code ExpandNodeForGdml and ConstructGDMLGeometry should be removed. If we do support the GDML Geometry, then we have to make sure, that necessary libraries are loaded and linked.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
