Merge database libraries

We have 3 different libraries for work with database, in the process of cleaning-up libraries we will merge UniDB, DBUtils, and UniCommon under common name MpdDatabase.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
