Return tpc macros to future_main

All macros from future_main have been removed since they were obsolete and not in working state. We will return them on request basis. Macros concerning tpc will be returned (from dev/macros/tpc to future_main/mpdroot/Detectors/Tpc/macros). Build test will be added in order to ensure, that all headers and libraries they need are present in mpdroot. This does not mean that the macros work properly, just that they build.
