Using RooUnfold in Physics/GlobalObservables/PTNFluctCorr

Inside Physics/GlobalObservables/PTNFluctCorr we have headers RooUnfold**** which seem to come from the package RooUnfold. Since we don't provide source files, we are producing library with hidden dependency on non-trivial library. As a correct way to approach this would be either adding source files to our project or (better) build necessary library/package and link to it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
