Directory macro not copied during SIMPATH build

Macro directory (as well as configuration directories) are not copied during installation step of build if using (old) SIMPATH build. This is probably due to the missing add_subdirectory(macro) inside cmake/CMakeListsLegacy.cmake. Also needs to be checked, if any other files/directories should be copied and are not. @mvala, @amoshkin, @geraks

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
