Preferably in maximal configuration: cmake -DACTS_BUILD_EVERYTHING=ON ..

if this does not work, then use: cmake -DACTS_BUILD_PLUGIN_TGEO=ON -DACTS_BUILD_PLUGIN_JSON=ON -DACTS_BUILD_FATRAS=ON ..
