Fixes #43

Using the changes bgvd_model implemented in https://git.jinr.ru/Baikal/bgvd-model/-/merge_requests/1

• Removed ntsim/tutorials/configs/median_om_coordinates_*.csv
• In BGVDTelescope.py: Using bgvd_model.GVDGeometry.from_dataset constructor, instead of directly reading file
• In BGVDSensitiveDetector.py: Removed parameters (efficiency, transmission_gel_glass, angular_parameters and _radius), and using external data from bgvd_model.OpticalModule
