Fixed issues with marking noisy channels on Silicon detectors

Fixed an issue where the last strips of silicon detectors were omitted in calculating noisy channels. Fixed an issue where histograms in BmnOnlineDecoder showed a wrong number of strips for silicon detectors. Fixed an issue where BmnRawDataDecoder could not decode a file, if the input was a converted file.
