Includes are placed in subdirectories
With re-implementation of mpdroot using abstract classes, multiple header files are now placed during installation inside respective sub-folders, e.g. include/emcClustering
, include/fast
, include/mlem
. This leads to inconsistencies since inside source code they are included directly, e.g. #include MpdEmcKI.h
but users of libraries need to add subfolder name as well, e.g. #include emcKI/MpdEmcKI.h
. Decision needs to be taken what is proper way to include files, write rules in coding convention, and then fix all includes accordingly.
