Installation guide update for fairsoft apr21p1 and fairroot v18.6.4 and MPDRoot

This was tested by installing Linux Mint 20.2 (and Fedora 35 beta) into virtual machine.
Then running the installation from $HOMEDIR. Now the installation has 3 simple steps:

  • installing dependencies,
  • running script to install fair suite,
  • then running script to install mpdroot.

CI pipeline docker images (CentOS7 and Ubuntu 20.04) used pretty much the same installation method.

README.md is updated with installation instructions well.
