Implement database

  1. Add minimal database from BMN adapted to MPDroot
  2. Add tests to minimal database
  3. Add files from "input" directory to database
  4. Replace all file readings in code to read from database instead of from input
  5. Remove input directory
  6. Add howto to website for users
